A34 - the “benefit” has become a thing of the past.

Carving its way through the middle of our county, separating the West from the East, packed with traffic, noisy, too narrow, accident prone, the A34 affects the lives of all of us.

 

As the road has steadily filled up with more and more traffic (as roads do), the high speed “benefit” has become a thing of the past.

Once again there will be a prize for the BEST GUY competition. Bring your GUY along judging commences at 5:30pm.

100 CLUB “Draw One Winners”

The tenth draw of the 100 Club took place today. There are currently 68 members, so the total prize fund this month is £68 which has been split as follows:

1st (no 25) - Victoria Gale - £34.00
2nd (no 9) - Thomas Jeskins - £20.40
3rd (no 61) - Nicola Lloyd-Williams - £13.60


Cheques will be delivered to the winners shortly!

We are still open to new members (their subscription will run for a full year, so up to and including the October 2018 draw) – please do encourage neighbours, friends and family to sign up as this will increase our prize fund – and also the amount we raise for the St Blaise Community Space Project!

There are notices showing certain areas of the Parish where dogs are NOT ALLOWED at any time. These are the Squire Barrett recreation ground in the village, and on the sports field at Milton Heights.
